Below you will find the process for placing a bulk t- shirt order through us as well as the pricing guide for your T-shirt options. If you have any questions after reading below, please reach out to us!

Ordering and payment process:

• There is a minimum purchase of 10 items to receive 15% off your total order.

• We will send you an invoice for the order total once you decide on which tier you want to purchase from and let us know the shirt sizes you need. 

• We will require half the payment before we begin the order.

• If you are tax exempt, please send an email with your tax-exempt form to receive the exemption.

• If you are using a logo with your name, especially for businesses or colleges, we need a letter of permission written on your letterhead and from the person in charge of ordering/marketing giving us permission to use your logo/name. Please email this to coasttees5@gmail.com.

• You are responsible for shipping. This will be calculated upon completion of the order and added to the remaining balance of your order. Payment will be due upon receiving the final invoice. If you are local and would like to pick up your order, shipping cost will not apply to you. Please let us know your preferred method upon placing your order.

• If you send us an image to print, we need the image to be in PNG format and at least 350 dpi.

• If we design an image or convert an image for you, there will be a design fee of $25-$75 depending on the difficulty. This will be added to the final invoice.

• A proof will be sent to you for approval before printing begins. If you do not like the image or need to tweak the image in any way, you must let us know before approving the image for printing. With each correction, we will send another proof for your approval. Upon final approval we will begin printing your T-shirts.

• Please allow 2-3 weeks for production and shipping of your order.
