Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, Coast 2 Coast Tees is not responsible for packages that get lost, damaged, or stolen.

In the event a package is lost in transit we will do what we can to help track down the lost package, however this process usually takes up to 14 days to wait to file a claim with USPS.

If a package is marked delivered by the postal service, Coast 2 Coast Tees no longer has any responsibility of the package.

If you believe your package was stolen or mis-delivered, it is your responsibility to file a claim with and seek a resolution with USPS.

Return & Exchange Policy

We believe that you will be satisfied with your product, but, if you happen to need a return or exchange take a look our policy below:

-Items such as jewelry, hats, and accessories are all FINAL sale items.

-If an item is deemed defective, you must contact Coast 2 Coast Tees within 3 days of the package being delivered. 

-Apparel and clothing can be returned for store credit only. 

-Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

-Items must be post marked for return within 7 days of delivery, with tracking.

-Once items are received, the customer will receive store credit in the form of an e-giftcard (sent to your email) for the item total. Customer will not receive credit for initial shipping paid.
